Uh…is it okay for Twilight to have someone pity dance with Spike? She is a princess, and can have these ponies do what she wants with her royal power, maybe even hire the guy his own personal harem.

Agreed, this art style is probably the best one out of the bunch from I’ve seen, and the character interactions at least seem to resemble the show if this page is anything to go by.

Poor Spike, Twilight feels bad for him too.
 
Btw by now Brenda is really my favorite artist. Andy has a good feeling for adding dramatic scenery, but Brenda is pretty good with that too. However she also has a better feeling for expressions and details. E.g. in the show Twilight has gotten taller, a longer and pointier horn and her wings are different than pegasi wings. Brenda definitely made a note of that while Andy didn’t.

I know I should be reciting the MST3K Mantra, but I wish they’d do a comic or an episode where it’s explained why the six ponies who saved all Equestria several times over and are personal friends of the Princesses are barely known by Equestrian ponies.

Rarity, how are you not famous already? You designed a new type of fabric {I’m sure Coco was able to get that fiasco settled}, made designs for one of the leading heads of the fashion industry; Hoity Toity, was personally recommended by Fancy pants, your an Element of Harmony, and you’re a personal friend to a princess.
 
Even one of those things could have landed you as famous and you have them all.
