Hence the passive part. Dash and Fluttershy probably could’ve still walked on clouds, even without their wings. That, or Discord remodeled the lot of them into earth ponies for the duration of the game.

I do like unicorns with little stick legs, especially Twilight. I have a headcanon where unicorns have passive telekinetic reinforcement of their legs, so it’s much harder for them to build up muscle.
