You’re an idiot. The art and animation has improved quite a damn bit, but you’re still living in La La land, pretending that most of the show’s canon doesn’t exist. Am I right? Did I peg ya?

Just thought these two moments of melancholy really captured their similarities in a poignant way.
Rainbow’s and Lightning Dust’s is the same.

“Quality”
Huh, yeah no. I see different qualities such as Twilight being taller and slimmer, her name and tail a bit longer. But I’m not seeing a huge leap in animation quality. I still see a flash cartoon that still has plenty of error.
I do however see an increase in after effects such as lighting and dynamic camera.
Doesn’t surprise me, but it’s nice to see. The more budget and time, the better the looks!

Yeah. It’s kinda neat how this latest episode flashed back to the pilot, and you can really see the difference in quality between then and now.
I bet by the end of the season it’s ethereal.
