Back! I’m saying it’s only gotten upvotes because of the news. Remove the ‘gay pride’ cutiemark and make it anything else and all those up votes would become down votes for bad design.

The nerve of these government people! I’ll fight this law all the way though with my fellow christians! First they take away my right to refuse service to black people, and now I have to allow marriage to the gays? Stop stomping on my RIGHT to cause suffering and ruin lives! I deserve the FREEDOM to take away the freedom of others! This is so backwards!
 
Parody aside, I’m actually happy to see these anti-gay types getting louder than ever. Outing themselves as hateful people is only going to make it easier to ignore them, and seperate themselves from the more decent people that used to like them. They’ll be forced to mature in their beleifs or lose all the respect of those around them. It’s a win/win situation.

There is no shortage of either churches or bakeries. In fact, one would have to look rather hard for one that would refuse business over religion instead of doing business and making money. I think of it as not being cruel, but capitalism choosing the business most prepared to excel.

neither i am just trying to stop people from teaching kids that the world is made of tomatoes and if you do not prey to the almighty fruit god you will all suffer unimaginable pain forever and ever because that, might just, screw up a kid’s mind a little like him then making the connection if that fruit are holy that means meat is evil and thus meat eaters are disgusting sinners that are just ill and confused…

Mark the date of this post. Within 2 months, a homosexual couple will ask a christian or catholic church to marry them. In a huff, the couple will storm out of the church and go straight (pun not intended) to CNN with their story. Law suits will ensue, and the first amendment right of a private church will once again be shat upon. It has already happened, albeit to a bakery that refused to do business with a couple citing religious convictions. The time is close at hand, folks. It is now illegal to have your own opinion if it is not aligned with whatever the body politic deems to be politically correct. Somewhere, George Orwell is saying that this is some really good material.

Before I go I will just say one last thing,
 
We (like it or not) are humans. We think for it is our nature, and thus we philosophize.
 
Because we philosophize we try to decide what is “right” and what is “not right” from that we make our ideologies.
 
Because we have ideologies and being human we wish to reach beyond what we already know we try to know “why” things are “right” or “not right” and from this is born religion.
 
Wether it is because of an instinct placed in us by some Deity or a byproduct of evolution that pushes us forward where we exist, so will religion in one form or another.
 
And so because you cannot stop your neighbor from thinking but can only replace their thoughts with your own I sincerely hope the next time you want to erase their “religion” you will ask yourself, “Am I trying to stop their religion? Or trying to preach my own? “

The innumerable branches of the Judao-Christian Slater circle jerk is the most incomprehenisble thing imaginable, but I’d imagine the first few separations were influenced by race because we’re dumb. Collectively, I mean. Look through the course of time, Dr. Some Oldman said it: “History is doomed to repeat itself”. However, I still don’t believe Man will destroy itself, I believe we will continue to exist forever, being horrible to ourselves, the Earth, the stars, and any applicable alternate realities. It’s definitely a more tolerable horribleness in this age, with far less death, and the inherent delusion that things will be okay and life goes on. X3
