It’s good stuff, sorta like Gatorade but fortified with calcium. It used to be called Calpis Water before Japanese stuff became popular in the US market. Once it was sold in English-speaking markets, they changed the name so it would sound less like bovine urine. (Which itself, surprisingly/unsurprisingly, is actually a beverage popular in India.)
