I just stumbled upon my old synopsis for this scene on my computer and decided it would be a shame not to be posted here. Hopefully someone still subscribed to this will enjoy it.
 
“Here, Princess Cadance and Queen Chrysalis are taking a stroll through Ponyville. Though peace has finally been achieved between changelings and ponies, the integration has been anything but steady. Chrysalis and Cadance have had many arguments. There have been fights, riots, and protests in the streets. Most members of each race still view the other with suspicion.  
Some, however, have taken the integration exceptionally well. As the two leaders walk past the Ponyville Café, they spot a changeling-pony couple sharing a peaceful lunch together. Changeling feeding is not harmless; it causes weariness and, depending on the intensity of feeding, the occasional headache. But this stallion doesn’t care. She’s his love, and he would endure any ailment to be with her. Here they sit, enjoying a shake and some hay fries, exchanging kisses and tender words to each other. This stallion wouldn’t change it for the world, and she wouldn’t change him either.”

she probably wouldnt look so derpy if her right eyelid wasnt down so low (and the fangs make her look buck toothed, which would also be fixed by just un-derping her eyelid)
