The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

I’d be okay with this, though maybe more it’d be a chance encounter with a roommate that was a little… ‘different’, exposure to Pinkie making her go “Oh fine. Why not?”
 
I also like to believe the house is different colored halves due to an argument that went “Your stuff on YOUR side etc.” but they just never bothered to change it back afterwards because the aesthetic is neat.

Pinkie Pie is the one pony who’s interacted with both of them, and she would know musician ponies through her job as a party planner. So yeah, it makes perfect sense that she was the one who introduced them to each other.

Nah, their house was designed to be build this way so they were most likely already living there and they decided to live together from the start. I think that since they tolerate eachother music so well even though it would bother them when practicing their songs, they need to have a special bond. They are either sisters or lovers.
