What about…
“princess luna” tag returns X pictures
“princess luna, crying” tags return Y pictures
(Y/X)*100= percentage of pictures (probably) containing crying Luna out of all the pictures containing Luna.

Then just exchange the name and compare with the results for other characters. A bit crude, but should give you some general idea.

I wish I knew a good way to figure out what % of Luna’s pictures have her crying vs other ponies. I’m not sure why it’s a thing to have her crying all the time, but does she ever.
