That’s good to hear… without context, it’s hard to tell.
 
It’s absolutely true that if someone clocked in at 11 out of 17, their relationship would not work out. I don’t think that really applies here, though, because as I said, Discord actually doesn’t qualify for a lot of these, given that he is rarely seen when Fluttershy is hanging out with the Mane 6. For that matter, he might have had a completely different reaction to Tree Hugger if he’d gotten his Gala ticket on time. He was set up to hate her because when he thought he hadn’t got an invitation, he thought Fluttershy was dissing him in favor of Tree Hugger, and getting an invitation didn’t actually cure him of this, because once his first impression was set badly, he just wasn’t going to like Tree Hugger no matter what.

You know, this deserves a lot less check marks than it has.
 
Discord’s bad, but he’s not this bad. Does he let Fluttershy go into danger without him, let alone hang out with friends without him? Yes, so long as it’s Elements of Harmony business (Cutie Markless, among others.) So no check for 4. Does he let her go places without checking with him first? They have Tuesday tea time and they write letters; there’s no way Fluttershy is even in contact with him often enough to tell him where she’s going all the time. So no 9. 10 is correct but he does that to everyone (Spirit of Disharmony). 13’s not correct, this is the first time this season we’ve seen him and last season, we saw him just 3 times (5 episodes, but 3 stories.) In fact when Fluttershy went to go see the Breezies he insisted on tagging along… with Twilight and Cadance. Not Fluttershy, he let her go without a peep. So Fluttershy goes all kinds of places, with friends or by herself, without Discord intruding. 14’s also not true.
 
This appears to be based in some kind of fanon where Discord is constantly inserting himself into Fluttershy’s life and interfering with her friendships with the Mane 6… which isn’t happening, in canon. Discord lets Fluttershy live her own life without interference unless he perceives someone else as taking his place as “best friend who isn’t another Element of Harmony.” He did all this stuff with Tree Hugger – not a male friend (Fluttershy hung out with Bulk Biceps at the Equestria Games training sessions, not a peep from Discord), and certainly not her close-knit group of besties.
 
What’s kind of disturbing about this post, aside from it being wrong about at least 4 of the checkmarks and overlooking that a couple of the others are things Discord does to absolutely everyone because he’s the Spirit of Disharmony, is that it seems to be trying to imply Fluttercord on the basis of Discord being a dangerously, abusively jealous boyfriend. Except that if Discord was as abusive as this post suggests, Fluttershy should be running, not walking, away from him, because Fluttercord would be an abusive relationship. This kind of post is shitting all over their friendship, and in fact their love if you ship them romantically, while purporting to support it.
 
I think Discord would be terrible boyfriend material until he learns how to manage basic friendship, but even so, he’s not this bad. If he was, we’d see a lot more of him. Fluttershy is in almost every episode, but Discord is not. And since he actually does have the power to insert himself into her life any time he wants to, the fact that he’s not doing it says that no, he is not a jealously possessive boyfriend and his entire life does not revolve around being a couple with Fluttershy. She is very important to him, probably the most important pony in his life, but he has other interests and is obviously actively pursuing them, because we don’t see him much. This would not be true of an obsessed possessive boyfriend.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess this was uploaded by a Fluttercord shipper.
