Still got a way to go for the 6 to be completely paired. As far as I can telln we need Pinkie/AJ, Rarity/AJ, Pinkie/Twilight, Pinkie/Fluttershy, Rarity/Twilight, Rarity/Fluttershy, Dash/Twilight, and Dash/Flutteershy. That’s 8 pairs, disregarding the possibility of stuff like Rarity/Spike, or Shining/Twilight. I doubt it’d be finished without 2-3 more sets at least.
To be honest, I’m surprised this isn’t a real card yet. I fully expected them to complete the set of Mane 6 pairings, the way they’ve nearly completed the set of two-color Events (e.g. Apples and Oranges).
Yeah, it”s based on that entire class of “two character bonus flip” events.
I noticed there wasn’t a Rarity/Applejack version, so went looking for appropriate art and theme for it. Found a completely inappropriate screenshot instead, but it was too perfect to resist.
Oh, wait. Nevemind. I thought this card is legit.
That’s fine. Most of the ideas I’ve had so far are for non-character cards anyway.
That could work as well. If I was actually making this, I’d give it a different, slightly more serious name like “Strange Bedfellows”.

Yeah, the template’s by Albion47 on deviantart. Unfortunately it’s not been updated since Canterlot Nights. Still a great help, but no humans.
