I just wanna move in closer, lie down next to her, and snuggle up with her, rubbing her belly as we lie, me changing postion to suit her own position. Then, I just wanna pull up the blanket and lie there, doing nothing but rubbing her belly, snuggling, and listening to her breathing as she slowly falls asleep. Just as she teeters on the edge of the oblivion that is slumber, I want to whisper “I love you. I want to make you safe and warm, and always be there for you,” into her ear sweetly, leaving just enough time for her to reply “I love you, too,” just before she tips over the edge of the infinite void of dreams. Then, I simply lay there, listening to her breathing, plant a kiss on her cheek, and fall asleep spooning with her, the sound of her lungs filling with the cool night air my lullaby.

U gonna get BRRRRT.
