What if Twilight went back in time using more time magic and got Spike’s mom literally pregnant in the past?

I saw a fic that one-ups this entire idea. In that fic, the egg was in fact a rock meant to pose an impossible challenge (the test was more about solving problems than actually hatching the egg.) However, when Twilight’s magic went out of control due to RD’s Sonic Rainboom, she ended up creating life from that stone, making her the mother and RD (who added the last bit needed) the father.  
It also meant that Spike was basically a Unicorn in the body of what a filly thought a dragon would look like.
 
Then again, Rarity’s parents are pirates, Fluttershy was raised by Dragons, AJ is some kind of timberwolf… THING, and we have yet to find out what is the deal with RD. Whose actual name is in fact, Rainbow Crash.
 
It is that kind of fic.
