from a standpoint, manny (and every mayweather challenger afterwards) had to most to gain and floyd has the most to lose. you can justify x- amounts of championships but undefeated is undefeated. so fans want floyd to risk everything with practically nothing in return.

If you watched the fight for spectacle, you were probably disappointed, if you watched the fight to see brilliant boxing, you got exactly what you wanted. With that said, I’d rather give my money to see some lesser known fighters who deserve more attention than they get.
