Eh, mass-fandom preferences are fickle as all get out. Makes you wonder how (and if) we’ll be recalling characters like Octavia, Vinyl, Derpy, Bulk, etc. in a decade.
Well, I mean, when it comes to Super Mario RPG, the thing everyone always loves and remembers is Geno for how unique of a character they were, but Mallow had a much better backstory compared to Geno.
Yet Geno’s the one with the fans and cameo appearances…
Hey, he was my gateway into the wonderful world of LAZORZ. Plus I sucked so hard at turn-based folderol (“Wait, you have to sit there and take hits?? The frak??”) that actually levelling-up everyone else properly (much less beating the rented game) was a non-starter.
Tch, everyone loooooves Geno.
Never did finish that game, but I was somewhat more partial to that nutcracker with the death-ray wand. And Bowser’s upgradeable pet Chain Chomp, of course.

Well, some folks do actually buy their burial plots ahead of time. My grandpa had his for a good 15 or 20 years before he finally used it. You just don’t get a date on it…
…Unless, you know, you want to plan that far ahead…

is that a thing in this verse, people have graves just for the hell of it, not to actually occupy them?
What’s in the grave? Or, perhaps more importantly, why isn’t Sweetie Belle in it?
