Those my dear friend are his proxies. “The Collective” are a group of corrupted proxies with similar abilities that Slender Man has. They’re from TribeTwelve.
 
Slender Man also has been known for having a cult of proxies who obey him and kill anyone who poses as a threat to them.. They’re known as “The Order”  

 

 
They’re a major threat to Chris and Alex from DarkHarvest00 and they even killed both their parents.
