holy crap…I actually can’t believe this the same place from the same show….season 5 looks more like it should simply be a high quality drawing made by a fan and not made to be animated….like a painting. But daaaamn those details.

It’s just the matter of difference between a snowy condition and summer time, things generally look prettier in winter. They’ll go back to the old assets when the story allows them to.

While the upgraded shading and the added buildings are great, they went overboard with the rainbow falls. I liked that most of the falls were normal water and rainbow falls were something unusual and special - now everything has to be rainbows all the way.

It’s in a different location, presumably. Dash mentioned that it moves in the beginning of the episode.
