Nah, he has all 4 hooves. Anthro requires ~~humanoid hands~~ hands-like grip, which hooves ain’t, and from there it splits: unguligrade anthro has hooves for legs, plantigrade anthro has humanoid feet, and for completeness, digitigrade anthro has paws.



^ Therefore he'’s semi-anthro if he'’s meant to be bipedal, and it totally looks like it cuz his arms are way too short for a quadrupedal.
