Să știi că regele Sobra nu a ucis-o pe prințesa Amore. Dacă cineva ar găsi toate bucățile din statuia în care a fost transformată și ar fi puse la loc prințesa Amore ar putea să redevină un ponei
… Twenty years of hesitation… sure I sympatized more with Sombra.
@Masem
This (also Cadence loses a lot of points).
I bet she was trying to keep the Umbrum away until she was sure Sombra could face them himself. The area outside the city is a unforgiving wasteland after all, and Sombra would have no reason to visit.
Yes while she had good intentions, but putting them off till the last minute was a very poor choice on her part.
No one is perfect after all.
@Kappe
Ah yes, it would make a lot of sense why Cadence would hold a grudge against Sombra.
I don’t.
I hate Sombra for killing* her ;^;
*Killing in everything but name
I don’t think I would consider what she did to be something to be hated (in part, she ended up suffering in the worst way possible for that mistake), but otherwise came off rather naive that she only needed to speak to him at the last possible moment. That might work for Batman, but not her. And that might be a necessary character flaw in Equestria - if all characters were perfect, there would be no conflict.
And if it is canon that Cadance is a descendant of Amore, the last part of the comic showed just a similar hint of that attitude.
It’s not like we’ve got a much bigger reference pool for her.
And that’s kind of a big fish in it.
