Spike would be more of a less annoying version of Navi.
 
I put Twilight as Link because she is an adventuress that has beaten down monsters. Spike is more of a help and guide character than he is an adventurer.

Everyone has a different opinion who she looks like. If you think she looks like Masterchief, she looks like Masterchief. I picture the human 7 as various video game characters.
