I would think the princesses would be generous in their pay to their guards.
Since there’s no canonical support for either option I’m just basing my guess on real-world precedent. Military members in high-profile ceremonial units typically get extra bonus pay, but it comes nowhere near compensation for the extra work they have to put in.
Zig Zag is with her behind the camera employees, like Darke and Sabrina.
Okay, you lost me there; I have no idea who any of those people are.
