The whole school knows who and what Twilight is as of the end of Equestria Girls. Principal Celestia even called her a pony princess from another world. His knowing intonation on “friends from out of town” when he was asking about Twilight in Rainbow Rocks proves it.
As much as I hate to say it, this might be a valid issue. Did anyone ever actually tell Flash the truth about Twilight?
