they might possibly be mixing in the fanfic by the name xenophilia with that idea, since i dont remember the original comic mentioning that

Yes, Lyra must be bored, about it, exists a comic, the plot (but no a horse’s ass) is about Lyra is telling Twilight Sparkle about the humans, Twilight Sparkle said “Aha”, but about things in the book, and when Twiight Sparkle finished reading the book, this thing said Twilight Sparkle to Lyra “Lyra, you know what is the Zoophilia?”, and then, Lyra threw her celebration mitt to a campfire and she said “Now I do not like humans”
