I was thinking unicorn Suri Polomare, especially with the shit-eating grin.

That center pony is the villain in disguise.

She reminds me of Jim Jones. I mean think about it; an isolated and restricted society full of apparently brainwashed individuals under the control of a single nutcase. This ain’t no little happy town, this is a freaking cult!

So if all the ponies talents are equal they all have to be equal to one specific pony. If so does all the ponies talents add up to fit the talent of that one pony or is it equaly distributed among all ponies.
 
Or does is work like an infection like if a disease has this like magical genetic code and that disease got into a pony it would alter their personality and physical traits to fit a pony that would work in the way the disease shaped it to be.
 
I have come up with
 
All the ponies talents = one pony  
All the ponies talentsX = one pony  
All the ponies talents = genetic disease code outcome
 
Or the more likely possibility which is Elusive Magic backed up by rule M6 (if the answer is elusive and it has to do with Equestria never rule out Elusive Magic)
 
But in the end season 5 will hold the answers.

I wouldn’t be so sure. She could just be the tool the real Big Bad is manipulating for their own devious ends. “Straw boss villains” were a standard feature of the old G1 show.
