My headcannon is that, if fluffies lived in Equestria, the ambient magic in the air would fix most of their stupidity and accident-prone nature.

While in the human world that would mean the death of the fluffy and his entire family (and every fluffy in 10 km), in Equestria the fluffy only spends an hour in the “Sorry Box” after explaining him what he did wrong. Fluffy ponies tend to identify with their equestrian big cousins, so they tend to learn faster than with humans.
