I wouldn’t say it’s as narmy/comedic as say the usual MST3k fare, but looking back it did have it’s moments. (The killer mutant dog scene for example.)
I also liked the part when Nic Nolte was literally chewing the scenery, just because of how crazy that looked.
The 2003 movie was an awful super hero movie, but with the bouncing tanks, bad acting and narmy roar noise, it was a pretty good comedy film
Yeah, or they could’ve filled with more interesting scenes, or more action. (Kinda focused a bit to much on the Hulk’s “orgins.”)
Also, the 2003 movie’s CGI didn’t age well. Compared to the improved 2008 effects, the Hulk looked kinda rubbery in the older one, which is also why it gets bashed. Amazing the difference 5 years can make.
I liked it too, but they could have cut a lot of things out and it would have been a bit better.
Kudos for posting the better Hulk 2008 movie.
(I didn’t think the 2003 one was “horrible,” but it was very very slow-paced in alot of scenes.)
