Personally, I suspect that Celestia was as surprised as anyone. She expected Twilight to discover a new form of magic. Then, on the Ethereal Plane of Flashback Panels, she watched Twilight get vaporized by the Elements.

There was no “Spell fix” Because she literally changed the spell that was supposed to do something into a counter spell of the unfinished spell, so now that spell serve no purpose.
The SIX of them mastered friendship not just her, that statement is rather unfounded. She didn’t crated any magic, at best she “Fixed” a spell. creating magic would imply creating a new type of Magic, which goes along the line of Love magic or Dark magic and things of the sort and she didn’t created anything.
She did fix the spell Starswirl couldn’t, thus the magic it performed when she completed it was new.
And she mastered the magic of friendship thus becoming the Princess of Friendship. I’d say that’s pretty cool too.
She actually didn’t fixed that spell. And creating new magic and creating a spell is totally different

Side note: I have such a love/hate relationship with the SCP Foundation. It’s so well-written, but they clearly hate bronies and furries alike…unless that’s changed since I last checked.
