Alicorn doesn’t instantly make you an elite flyer though. You still have to train your wings and coordination.

If the Wonderbolts let an alicorn in, they would likely be accused of bias by the media. Plus, it would destroy the entire point of the group. The Wonderbolts are a collection of elite pegasi. They are a model for what pegasi can be if they work hard enough to be the best.
 
Considering alicorns don’t have to work at all to be the best, their presence would undermine the point of the group and give entirely the wrong message to their audience.
 
From a moral, ethical, cultural, and business standpoint, letting Twilight into the Wonderbolts is a bad move.
 
So Spitfire would likely not allow it.
