A person popped the joints in his right hand for 60 years but not in his left to prove his mother wrong that it would not make a difference. He never got arthritis in either hand.

Depends on a number of factors, not the least of which is how long it’s been since an area’s been popped, and how used to it one is, at least in my experience.

Nah, the cracking in a backbend usually means that you are reaching new territory. It feels great. When you stretch your joints/muscles they become easier to crack.

Pretty sure that should be a face of agony. I thought the nicer feeling always followed shortly after the painful cracking? Or maybe I’ve been doing it wrong.

I love how people unknowingly admit to having such dirty minds by tagging things like this as suggestive.

I am speechless! Similar to what I said before, this image makes me want to practice my backbend tonight. Whenever the back cracks in a backbend it usually means you are reaching new territory and it feels just awesome! If you are regaining old territory, the back usually just feels stiff with little or no cracking.
