(from the artist) In my head canon, the Wonderbolts perform at events and stadiums, kinda like stunt shows and I just assume that they would use locker rooms afterwards, being the Celebs that they are, there are VIP back stage passes for ponies. Or the other explanation is that unless you work for/with the Wonderbolts at the training ground, normal ponies cannot enter the locker rooms without permission.
