Yes, but nanomesh shielding is the Heavy Assault’s default special ability. Adrenaline shield is more along Sombra’s lines.

Sombra is a better choice for heavy assault, because he is batshit insane (guaranteed combat high) and because he was on the offensive eveytime he had the chance.
