The problem with the bulls being more goofy here is that the last issue showed them as being a serious threat.Having them be comical in this issue feels inconsistent.

Agreed. I thought there were some legitimately funny parts with the other bulls, but it’s definitely not worth all the crap in this issue.
I’m actually okay with the bulls being silly here. I get that this comic is meant to be comedic, and this is one of the funnier moments. It’s the parts that come after that spoil the comedy value.
