Edited because: Actual link, hopefully.
That makes the most sense.
@PonyPon
I’m pretty sure she was.
I honestly don’t remember.
All I recall is Twilight suggesting it, and them going along with it.
Sunset might have admitted to it at some point.
Did they ever confirm that the humane5’s initial break was Sunset’s doing? Because they all assumed that it was, and never got confirmation.
Edited because: misspelling
… to what?
It’s 5:30 in the morning, I’m NOT clever right now. :(
It’s cool, I’ve done that before to.
I did not mean to post that last message anonymously.
Sorrrrrrrrrrrrrrry yeesh! But personally, I’ve seen worse “shunning” in other shows. And it was implied they made peace with the CMC.
Kinda odd to post under “anonymous” status when the above image clearly states who uploaded this image.
DUDE, NOT FUNNY! I DID NOT NEED TO SEE THAT! Now I have to post this.
Seriously I despised the part where they shunned them, especially this scene and when Big Mac yells at them. Please don’t post anymore pics from this episode on my images. I can’t stand looking at them.
As I said, that was my only gripe with “Ponyville Confidential,” (so in a way, they were really no better then the CMC, and the fact their readers enjoyed it, is one of the reasons they kept doing it) but to be honest I don’t hate the episode, but I did feel a li’l bad for the CMC.
Especially, this part. (Even if it was a li’l funny.)
Geeze, look at all that hate on Dashie’s face! She wants them to SUFFER! (And ironically, her story wasn’t as bad as the others, though maybe she was also mad about them getting her friends to. Being the “element of loyalty,” and all.)
That’s what Psyga meant. The townsponies enjoyed the gossip until they were targeted. It’s hard to deny how hypocritical the ponies were being in this episode.
If you’re refering to “Ponyville Confidential,” how were they hypocritical? They didn’t post embarrassing stories about the CMC. Granted, Twilight’s force-field, AJ giving them the silent-treatment, and Dashie raining on them were a bit mean, (though, Twilight might’ve done it out of paranoia, rather then spite) but you couldn’t blame them for being a bit ticked off at the CMC after all they did.
The only thing hypocritical in the ep’ was everybody who got mad at the CMC enjoyed reading embarrassing juicy gossip about other ponies, but didn’t like it when it happened to themselves. (And they didn’t even get called-out on that in the ep’. My only real gripe with the ep’.) They did forgive the CMC though, when they made a public apology over it in their paper.
However in the comic it’s a different story, as Applebloom did the whole “Anon-a-miss” thing on purpose out of spite/jealousy. As shown here. >>787199 So the CMC aren’t quite as “sympathetic” in this issue unfortunately.
At least the story is kinda teaching young girls not to do this behavior, and how negatively it can effect people.
Pretty much this.
Because it’s a Equestria Girls reenactment of one of the worst, if not THE worst episode of MLP.
The episode where everyone decides to be a hypocritical douchebag to three fillies.
AJ: “Well that ain’t good.”
Dash: “Cool! Do you think we’ll make ‘Ketter’?”
@Mojo
If you look on MySpace, and such, ALOT of old people have MySpace pages, Twitters, and such now. Even some old relatives of mine do.
Old people have social media accounts nowadays, not all of them but I know a few.
Without Twilight around, they fall back on old habits?
And, hey, isn’t that how she got them together again in the first movie?
Insinuating their troubles were Sunset’s fault?
Seriously why was everyone so fucking mean in this comic?
