As for her lips Honestly I would go with trying a few different colors.I remember her vulva and anus being a pinkish white right? why don't you try and lightening up her lips somewhat to match that? I mean a pony with a lightly colored coat of fur is bound to have lightly colored skin to match. Otherwise her skin color would show through her fur. Look at her hocks where you can see her skin color show through her fur.
As for her panties. I would say try a pair of satin or cotton panties with a thinner waistband. Bring the panties up over her dock and farther out on her rump. Also add a cut out so her Tail can slid into it.
Here are some examples of how panties should fit on them.
In this first picture you can see how her panties come up higher over her tail. This way the side straps fit properly on her waist and thighs.
Here is another example.
Notice how the panties are farther up on her rump allowing the side straps to sit properly on her hips? Remember thes equestrians are more semi-anthro than full blown equine. So they have hips and a waist line. Try picturing them standing on their hind legs.
Kind of like this, but not with as much of a human style behind.
Also take notice of the 'V' cut into the back of the suit. This allows her tail to fit into the panties without the need of cumbersome attempts to stuff their tails through a tail hole.
And here's another example of panties with a laced up back for their tail.
You can also see her hidden goodies beneath the panties too. Something else to think about.
