Well you may already lnow it but in any case. 11/9 of 1973 in Chile is the date when Augusto Pinochet, the definition of dictator rose to power through a bloody coup where the president Salvador Allende was murdered along with many of his collaborators marking the beginning of an era remembered for repression and state violence.  
Although I, even if I am not chilean, feel quite sad remembering this I must confess that I found this hilarious. Sorry.
