Now I’m starting to understand why everyone in South America makes fun of the Chileans since a common joke is that they speak very badly and you can’t understand them. I’ve seen that this is especially the case in many Facebook pages from Peru.

You can also see that is edited for the bad grammar on the lower sentence as it says “ver” instead of “al ver” (to see). Even though the media can mess up sometimes they wouldn’t do so this badly.

It’s obviously an edit, if you look closely you can see that the title was colored over in grey (somewhat poorly), the real title was in a green background.

It’s probably an edit, I don’t watch the news very often, but that kind of language is NEVER used in that particular new’s broadcast, it may be a biased broadcast and they like to exaggerate the bad news a lot, but they never use vulgar language.
