Please excuse the dialogue, I never expected I would ever upload this, please read the rest of the description.  
This is an OC I have been working on for a few months now, and she is still faaaaaaar under development, as this horrid picture shows. I’ve been working a lot more on her characteristics and what makes her unique rather then what she looks like. I really didn’t want to release anything on or about her yet until I was happy with her, but I need to know if my artistic skills are improving at all, because I think they’re starting to get worse.  
All I can tell you that is for certain about my OC is her name, which is Red Velvet, that she has absolutely no relation with anything cannon except being in equestrian, and that she wants to be a cardiologist.  
So, can someone please tell me if my artistic skills are improving at all, it would be a great help if someone could. :)
