Huh, didn’t think of the other Dr. Hooves cards, suddenly this card goes from useless to awesome.
In particular, it seems to be a callback to Dr. Hooves, Unblinking’s regeneration ability. Though I’m not sure how often you’d actually want to “regenerate” that card into this one.
Only of the same card, 3 at most - at this point I think there are now 4 different Dr. Whooves cards (Unblinking, Just In Time, Too Splashy, and Experienced), so you can theorhetically boost one to +11 by the end game. Alternatively, you could have all 3 of this one in play each with +9.
Yes. The more Dr. Hooves you kill of–er put to discard, the more powerful this one becomes.
