The first big Mood Whiplash. I mean, we went from the Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows that was G3/3.5 and then we get to this series where we get greeted by a Dark Magical Girl who threatens to shroud the land in eternal night (which would eventually cause a mass GENOCIDE if it wasn’t stopped).
