As for me, I wouldn’t have trouble being vegetarian for a long period of time. I WAS a vegetarian for about 5 years, when I just couldn’t stomach meat to save my life. Too bad now I’ve grown to love meat once again.
I’d go ask Flutters to bring fish, and see if Ponyville’s market sells tofu.
Which probably means I’d have to hunt game in the woods.
But she as an animal caretaker must understand what the food chain is.
I love animals a lot but I wouldn’t shoot the lion to save the baby buffalo, if you catch my drift.
I would feel terrible for upsetting Fluttershy but i’d get over it quickly … At best i’d last a month but after what some of you guys said i think taking one of fluttershy’s many animals is a good idea … and I could do it too, my great uncle owns a ranch and i’ve helped prep chickens before … i may not be very good at it but i’d get my meat
But Fluttershy can still talk to them. I don’t think she’s forgive you for eating one of her friends.
Lets be honest here, there can’t be only herbivores in Equestria. So I don’t think I’d be doing anything wrong.
As long as I don’t eat anything that’s overtly sentient. Like the cows. I’m sure I chicken would be fine.
I don’t think I could ever give up meat, so I’d lose by default.
I’d probably end up getting myself killed going through the everfree for something to kill and eat :I
