This is kind of like a surprise commission for my friend Frist who I guess thought he could just give me a print and not get something in return :b
 
This drawing is in reference to Ponyville Ciderfest 2014, where Frist cosplayed button most of the time, and carried around a scissor blade which he eventually gave to his idol Mic da Microphone.
 
But thats ok, because he can just use his dark magic to summon a new one.
 
I made this drawing paying special attention to contrasting light and dark, as well as contrasting hues of cool and warm to make the drawing pop, and doing my best to apply the cool blue ambient light of the cave and the warm pin light of the fire. Enjoy!
