that do not work for what i want, but thanks to you i remembered the correct method: it was just change the number at the end of the URL to “1280”, that forces tumblr to to give me the highest resolution available.

Left-click the pic. Left-click the pic a second time. Right-click the pic, select “Properties” (Bottom of the list).
 
You’ll now see, among other things, an address for the pic, which will send you to this. Copy the address into a new tab’s search bar. From there, you can just sit and clop to it, save it, etc.
 
It sounds arduous, but it’s actually really, really easy to get the hang of. In fact, it’s the same method to get the highest-resolution image on Derpibooru on an alternate tab: Two left-clicks, right-click, copy address, paste address.

I’d like to know that as well.

someone can tell me how force tumblr to show me the largest resolution of a pic that is a hyperlink? (this means that when clicking the pic, instead of sending you to the pic page, it sends you to a different page).
