Oh, and Mr.Swagg, I don’t really remember the exact date. All I remember was that it was in june a little over 4 years ago. (I really don’t even want to remember the exact time) that kind of thing gets my paroiod shiver But as messed up as this sounds, what happened was NOTHING new. AnthroCon (AKA Further Confusion) has been hated ever since the very start back in 1980 (LOL im not that old, but I research the things I love).

GL is the abriviation for for Great Lakes. No, I was’nt shot but I was in the building two of my friends were shot. One of them had it to the arm while the other, she fought like hell every day in the hospital to stay alive. (for personal reasons I won’t give their names) everyone at the convention was soo supportive, we always had some one visit. and no one every went their alone. She’s been fearful of going back ever since the gas attack a few weeks ago that was one the news. she’s a tough cookie though, she’ll be back in suit soon (Hey buddy, if your reading this - I love ya.)

What is the GL? When was this shooting? And were you actually shot at with real guns?

i was not assuming, just giving my personal experience and cuple of my friends experiences too with the struggle. (by the way, i might be able to responed quickly i have a connection problem….and i type REALLY slow!) sorry for spel errors

Depends on who one talks to. I can guarentee seven out of ten people I meet in one day will not know what either is. Though, the town I live in reeks of weed, and there’s a Zeppelin bumper sticker on a wall within one block of each other.

Please don’t assume it’s the entire community with the problem.

I never will understand why the Brony fanbase holds soo much hatefulness against the Furry Community. They are practically alike, example. I tell someone I’m a brony - reaction: COOL brohoof! But I I told someone I’m a furry - reaction: EWW you deserve to burn in hell, your a sin I hate you furfag! Hey everyone this guys a furfag! sigh
 
I’m a lover of both MLP and furry. But my heart is with the Furry Community because I’ve been a fan of anthropomorphics since I was 5 years old! Yet, were attacked at least twice every year! That gas stuff that was on the news was not even proof of the torture we must put up with. One time, up in The GL we were shot at before the convention even started! I’m NOT blaming bronyeis but I am curious.
 
Bronys started in late 2010-2011 and they were accepted within a few months. (at least were im from).
 
But the whole entire Furry Community origin began back in the exact year of 1980, and yet we STILL to this very moment are hated.
 
Look, I love MLP, one one of the best cartoons I’ve watched in years, can’t wait for S5, but I can’t stand it when MLP fans are attacking what is pretty much what they were stated from. Like Fleet Foot said, “Think about it” it’s all true.

Fluttershy is horrified because the Furry community promised to help her take care of her animal friends, but she has caught them ditching her to party with Pinkie Pie.
 
She will never trust them again.
