I know right? A few friends of mine love running akimbo-centric loadouts because of the sheer damage and firerate. Dodge helps keep them in the fight, they have almost always have loads of ammo, and dual 92FS’ put dozers down faster than they can say oh fyay

Its more like a “ghost who failed at stealth and everything went to shit” skill tree.
Dunno, i am quite in love with it. My actual build is so good that i just need to stay down, headshot, move and i live pretty much through the whole thing without dying once.
I’m pretty sure it was a class designed to compliment the other skill trees.
Also that. I almost shat myself thinking I could dual wield the Operators but then I was stuck with a pistol that does 35 damage, has horrible accuracy and stability and I can’t even spam because I have no reserve ammo.

I don’t know, I feel that Fugitive was made from the ground up to be a hit and run class then OVERKILL realized that’s fucking useless in a game where you’re behind cover most of the time so they tried to give it a couple of practical skills.
But it’s fun :(
Except it doesnt get any kind of benefit from mastermind/ghost perks, so its shit.
Oh and akimbo is great because it’s the ability to dual wield with none of the armor loss.
I dunno. Sixth Sense is pretty nifty and Winston Wolfe aced is a must for a bank job considering what needs to be done to keep everything quiet.
But again, it’s too situational. If someone it’s greyed out, let’s say, a Taser and Bulldozer gang up on him, then he gets sniped, then a bunch of cops knife him, and nobody it’s carrying the First Aid Kits, then he’s fucked.
Plus, fully upgraded Doctor Bags have four uses each and you can carry two of them, so it’s 8 bleedout resets against 14 health resets. Personally, I’ll take the Doctor Bags.
Except you can have 14 of those first aid kits and place them pretty much everywhere, making little healing bases for all your needs. They might not reset your bleedout count, but a good player would never reach that point at all.
Other than Thick Skin, Run And Gun, Swan Song, Trigger Happy, Counter-Strike (Fuck you Cloaker), and Bullseye everything’s too gimmicky to be useful.
And the First Aid Kit is a shittier Doctor Bag.
I made myself a mixture of fugitive/mastermind with the crook perk deck. I can easily do Hoxton Breakout pro deathwish with just a light bulletproof best, Thantos and P90.
I think I hate deathwish cloakers the most, actually, because they’ll just drop right in, and start rushing your shit but they won’t die why won’t they DIEOHGOD

They’re worse than the Skulldozers. Yeah, sure, the Skull is nigh-invulnerable and his M249 can thin out your health pretty fast, but the Killdozer’s Saiga can down you in four shots and it’s fully auto.
I’ll take the Skulldozer any day.
Which is exactly the reason why I use the M95 on both Overkill and Death Wish. Because the super (black) dozers are a nightmare in it of themselves and shields now rush in numbers
Why do you think I’m complaining? I haven’t played the console version but I do know from both a friend and the community that that particular version hasn’t been updated since the initial release.
Try switching from the console version to the PC version. The upgraded AI will fuck your shit up.
