Description

>“ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS?! THAT’S the reason you did a precautionary landing?!?!”

Microbursts are downright dangerous, you could have been really hurt, sweetie! Besides, ground control said to….

>“You made me fuel jettison in front of the ENTIRE AIRBASE! I had JP-8 leaking down my legs in front of the whole squadron when I taxied into the hangar!”

But there was no other way to get your landing weight back down! Besides, do you want to burst into flame if we were forced to do a crash landing?

>“THAT HANGAR SLUT F-22 WOULDN’T STOP SAYING I JP-PEED MYSELF!”

Blitz, c’mon. Emergency landings happen. A few days from now everyone’s going to forget the whole thing.

>“The next time we fly I swear I’m going to G-LOC your rookie ass…..”

Well, we now have plane ponies peeing themselves
Might as well go all the way and have a plane pony’s water break

Well, DCS is pretty accurate, and going by their manual:

_Engine Fire
If an engine fire is detected in either engine, the engine fire right or left T-Handle will illuminate. In
case of such a fire, follow these steps:
  1. Reduce power to affected engine and monitor if the fire light goes out. If the fire persists…
  2. Set the throttle of the affected engine to OFF.
  3. Pull the fire T-Handle of the affected engine.
  4. Press the fire discharge agent switch left or right.
  5. If both presses of the discharge agent switch fail to put out the fire, land as soon as
    possible._

Although, regarding fuel, a wheels up landing is more… interesting:

_No Gear Down or Partial Gear Down Landings
If you are unable to lower the landing gear as described above, you will need to perform a wheels up
landing. To perform a wheels up landing, follow these steps:
  6. Push in the AUX LG EXT handle.
  7. Jettison all stores and flares.
    3. Burn off excess fuel.
  8. Pull the EMER BRAKE.
  9. Set speed brakes to 40%.
  10. Lower flaps to 20-degrees.
  11. Fly shallow approach at 2-degrees at normal airspeed.
  12. Touchdown at a minimum sink rate on center of runway._
    (Emphasis mine)

So, I guess that the question is then:
What if both engines are on fire and flamed out and you’re full on fuel and your landing gear won’t extend?

I would assume that’s bad enough to be justifying ejection.
