Some people finds 240-360p videos… and some might just search on Google where someone else has took a bad screenshot, and maybe shrunk it down.
but where would one get a picture of that at that size to make it appear so pixelated at this size though?…
Well then… should have realised that…
Okay, to answer that:
Some people doesn’t know how computers work;
They find a small picture of what they want, and scale it up… which makes it pixelly.
It’s like when people are uploading images with small text; and when someone says it’s hard to read - someone always replies with “zoom in”. But that doesn’t create these additional pixels. Computers doesn’t work that way.

The image is 2600x1548 - it shouldn’t be pixelated,
unless you have a resolution greater than Full HD?
