My rankings for best Doctor used to have Tom Baker at #1 and David Tennant at #2, but damn if Pertwee didn’t shake it up a bit and nudge Tennant down to #3.

Delgado’s still the best Master though.

I will agree on “Best Master”, but I’m still among the 4th Doctor fanbase. That zany scarf, hat, and ridiculous ’fro, as well as his sarcasm… it just worked for me.
