My old apartment I lived at from 2008 to 2010 had a faulty fire alarm that tended to go off at like 3 or 4 AM and wake all of us up…we had to evacuate the damn building out of protocol even if there was no fire, usually barefoot, in winter, and wait for the firefighters to show up just to switch the damn thing off. To this day we never know if it was some dumbass trolling us again and again, or if the building’s alarm system really WAS faulty. All I know is I’m glad I don’t live there anymore.
