Big Mac as Groot would make sense in both size and vocabulatry, so I’ll tag it that, but yea, not sure on Starlord.
 
Intersting that FS doesn’t have wings (while BB does), if there were accidentally missing, Spitfire as Starlord is near perfect.

The only one that you can’t really tell are Groot and Starlord. Starlord because of the mask and hairstyle, Groot because of the skin texture and outline. Beyond that, Angel Bunny as Rocket Racoon, Bulk Biceps/Snowflak as Drax the Destroyer, and Fluttershy as Gamora.
 
My guess for Groot is Big Macintosh, for Starlord only pony I can think of that has that combination of mane and coat color and an earth pony off the top of my head is Braeburn or Caramel, but the tint is still kind of off for either.
