Just to note, and while we do have girls with big boobs on the calendar, we also have pinups of girls with a much smaller breast size on the calendar, to appease to different tastes (I know I like some girls with small boobs) So don’t fret - we try to be as varied as possible, whether its My Little Sweetheart or Cutey Confidential.
Or maybe artists like to draw big boobs (and hips) BECAUSE they like them, and being liked means that they have popularity.

It’s possible the calendar is sold for charity after it’s released to the general public, since My Little Sweetheart is a charity project.
i am sure there are still mundane sterotypes going on here such as the huge breasts.
