In my opinion I think that

Twilight is Bonnie because of how he is purple.

Pinkie is Chica because Chica holds a cupcake in her hand and has let’s eat written on her bib.

Rarity as Freddy because freddy is dressed all fancy and has a microphone in hand.

RD would be Foxy because he is the only one who can actually run.

Meanwhile we have seen rarity,twilight and pinkie teleport in some way same with chica,bonnie and freddy.
